Get paid without a store.
You don’t need a store to get paid. You need to say how people pay before they ask.
The mistake
“So how do I pay you?”
The customer has already decided and still has to ask you how to pay. While she waits for the answer she has time to think it over again, and people who think it over again often don’t come back.
Why it happens
You assume it’s obvious.
You know you take bank transfers and deliver in the afternoon. She doesn’t. What isn’t written doesn’t exist for the buyer. And if your account details arrive “tomorrow”, the sale cools down today.
What to do
Write it on your page and have the message ready.
Mark on your page how people pay you: bank transfer, on delivery, with a payment link, a deposit or layaway. Keep your account details in a message ready to send and always ask for a photo of the receipt. If you work to order, take a deposit before buying the materials: that way you start without putting in your own money. And write down every payment with its date.
